Kappa League provides both challenging and rewarding experiences to enhance the lives of young men in high school.
KAPPA LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE
Pensacola Kappa Leadership & Development League is a mentoring program geared toward building leadership skills, encouraging scholastic achievement and fostering community service. Through club oriented activities, the members of the Kappa League perform projects that will expose them to planning, execution, reporting ideas, and simulating good leadership characteristics designed to elevating the level of their aspirations.
All activities and programs are taken from one or more of the following phases:
- Phase I - Self Identity
- Phase II - Training
- Phase III - Competition
- Phase IV - Social
- Phase V - Health Education
Since the fundamental purpose of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is achievement, it is the Fraternity's primary purpose to help the young men of the Kappa League achieve worthy goals and to make constructive contributions to their communities, as they become leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a male student in grades 9th -12th.
- Must have a 2.5 grade point average or higher.
- Must have two (2) typed letters of recommendations by an adult.
- Must submit a completed membership application, which is typically provided at Informational sessions, and pay a $25 application fee. Follow our IG and Facebook pages for details.
- Must have an official transcript.
- Must register by assigned date (Go to registration page HERE).
- Must be willing to attend bi-monthly meetings and workshops.
- $125 intake fee plus annual dues (if selected for membership).
